As someone who has loss over 100 pounds, it was very difficult for me to switch gears and adjust to my new healthier body. Misty has assisted me throughout years with my styling with my new found weightloss.
My name is Misty Campbell, and I am a certified group fitness instructor with 9 years of dance fitness experience. I have taught various dance fitness formats such as Zumba®, Soul Grooves ®, Dance Jam and others. My experience comes from teaching at gyms such as Lifetime Fitness, YMCA, and other private corporations. When I am not teaching fitness, I’m working in sales within the oil & gas industry, raising two teenage kids and running my fashion and wardrobe styling business.
